Stop Press - Be involved in new
Projects!
There are many ways you can be involved in the creation of Toby's new projects
and ideas, either creatively or administratively - every tiny bit of help makes a huge
difference.
Sponsorship: If you would like to be a
sponsor (in cash or in kind), I would be delighted to discuss projects, their approach,
publicity and content, and how you could get the most out of contributing.
As well as actual sponsorship, any advice on fundraising strategy,
contacts, or offers of assistance in fundraising would be warmly welcomed!
Creative and Administrative Team : if you
would like to be involved in the development of ideas and projects, I am always grateful
to discuss ideas and for your input.
For administration, we are looking in particular for people to help
with orchestral management, publicity, events coordination and general publicity. If you
would like to help in any of these ways, please do email me!

"Elements"
A collaboration of world and Western cultures in a series of four
concerts with the Orion Symphony Orchestra. The concerts should be in London's South Bank
Centre, and will need sponsorship upward of £100,000.
Each of the four concerts is to be based around a musical element -
for example: melody (Middle Eastern with Barber Adagio, Rachmininoff
Vocatlise and Mozart Piano concerto),rhythm (African, Indian, Beethoven
Symphony No.5),
dance (Latin American, Bach, Ballet and Bernstein),
harmony (both musical AND cultural ).
The Orion Symphony Orchestra is made up of the most talented young
musicians leaving music college. Their performances have already been noted for their
passion, commitment, energy, and love of music.

UK tour with KotorArt
Chamber Orchestra.
Following the ecstatic reception of my recent concert in Montenegro
with the KotorArt Chamber Orchestra (see reviews!), I am working on
raising sponsorship for a UK tour for the orchestra.
The orchestra brings together players from Montenegro, Croatia and
Bosnia, the orchestra is a symbol of harmony in the aftermath of conflict. I would like
the concerts to raise funds for the Red Cross.

"Opera
Installation"
An opera event, in collaboration with designer/director Richard
Jones, at "Shunt", an atmospheric arts location near London Bridge, a crypt with lots of
different rooms, spaces and a bar. The event will need sponsorship of about £3000.
Incorporating the music of diverse composers, and brought together
by music written specially for the event by a young UK-based composer, the evening
unfolds around the guests, creating its own dramatic narrative in unexpected ways. To be
performed with a small instrumental ensemble.
